Processing Time

Since all custom products are handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, we require time to create them with care and attention to detail.

  • Custom orders typically take 7-14 business days to complete before shipping.
  • During peak seasons or for high-demand items, processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified if this occurs.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods for your convenience:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (after processing).
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (after processing).

Shipping costs will vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your custom product is complete and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the US and overseas
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Reclaimed Closet is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays

While we strive to meet all shipping timelines, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you in tracking your package.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost during shipping, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Reclaimed Closet is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. For this reason, we recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

Returns and Refunds

Custom products are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds, even if delayed in transit.
